"Started off great. Customer service was exceptional. But very quickly I realized the rates were ridiculous and noticed the customer service had fallen off the face of the earth once they had me as a customer. Cr insurance premiums were too high (eerie was way better) and I couldn’t get someone on the phone to save my life. Their practices are shady and I don’t want to dive in too much for the sake of a review. But believe me, I wouldn’t hand my money to this company and especially this agent and his people. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all cost."

"We have multiple insurance policies with State Farm: automobiles, homeowner, and umbrella. I rely on the premium notices that we get in the mail to keep track of when a premium is due. One time, the “reliable” postal service failed to deliver not only the initial premium notice, but also the reminder. Our policy would have lapsed if Christy had not reached out via a phone call. That is not the only time she has gone above and beyond. I truly appreciate Christy."
